Therapy for Treating People Coffee Addiction

Many of us addicted to coffee in various forms. Either black coffee, mochaccino, latte or any other type of caffeinated beverages. But how do we know we are already excessive coffee habit?

"Caffeine is the most widely used psychoactive drug in the world," concluded the researchers in the journal Consulting and Clinical Psychology.

"In general, when taking low to moderate doses, for example 400 mg, caffeine is a relatively safe drug that gives the effect like staying awake when driving long distances, and may be a protective effect on health as in Parkinson's disease.

"But for some people the caffeine causes many adverse effects and diseases of the various doses, which may require them to limit their consumption of caffeine," he concluded.
