Coffee is usually relied upon to reduce sleepiness when will start after the completion of the activity or activities and still want to stay awake. But remember, coffee contains caffeine, so it is not good for pregnant women.

One professor of epidemiology and nutrition at Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, Eric Rimm explain the difference between decaf and why coffee is an excellent choice of drinks.

"There is no set amount of how much a person should consume water every day because of the food you eat also contain a lot of water and the body needs hydration different depending on how hot the climate, how many people sweat and their body mass," said Professor Rimm.

"Water is not necessarily better than other drinks, except high-sugar beverages such as sports drinks," he said.

Coffee is healthier than soda for almost all health reasons and its ability to increase memory up to 24 hours of consumption.

"Coffee really can be a good alternative instead of water, especially when you do not mix the sugar into it because it berrati coffee is almost no calories," said Prof Rimm.

A study last year in the UK which examined 100 male participants found that there was no difference in retention of water among the 50 men who drank coffee and 50 were not.
